1 - How to buy from Bestar?
It's very easy to work with Bestar. Just please give us a list of what you want, then we will make you a proforma invoice for checking.If everything is alright, you can pay according to the PI. And we will send your order 3-7 days after your payment (busy period have to wait longer).
2 - Can I get free samples from Bestar?
Usually we offer free samples to our regular customers together with their orders.Samples can be new products or customer requested ones, which will be applied for performance testing. For new customers, our policy is customers pay for samples, while the money will be returned to you in your later formal orders. And the delivery cost should be at customer's expense.
3 - What bulb type or plate no. should I take?
UCustomers can find the bulb size by using Osram Sylvania Bulb Size Guide.
Find the location of the light you are looking for and browse the Part #'s.
Once you find the location of the light that you want, write down or copy the base # for that LED. Then get what you want from our price list or our web.

4 - What's color temperature of Bestar LEDs?
The color temperature for Bestar LEDs ranges from 2700k to 8000k. And our "white color" for SMD and high power small lamps is 6000k(6000k-6500k). If you want 5000k as white color, please inform us when placing the order.
And we make warm white, cool white lamps according to customers' requirements.

5 - Which color LED should I use?
For the most vivid color and best results the LED color should be matched with the lens color. That is, a white LED should be used behind a white lens, a yellow LED should be used behind a yellow lens and so on.
6 - Can you recommend LED Lamps for my business?
Yes, we are pleased to do recommendations if you are hesitated to make decisions of which to buy. We will give advices from profession angle and market tune. And it will be helpful for our customers, especially for auto LED business beginners.
7 - What is Bestar's MOQ requirement?
We don't have any MOQ requirements for most of our products, except some which we have list MOQ on our price list. However, it will be more convenient for us if the customers' order is not less than 10pcs each item.
8 - What is Bestar's payment term?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), western union and Paypal payment.
And for new buyers, Paypal is always the best way. By Paypal, there will be no questions like "what should we do if you disappear after our payment?" Because, if there is any unhappiness during the cooperation, customers can make complaint on Paypal. And Paypal company will act as the guarantee. Paypal company will freeze the amount on seller's Paypal account if there are any complaint from buyers.
Of course, Bestar will never disappear. We are running for long-term business.

9 - What's the delivery time?
We send goods to North-American and European countries by DHL, Fedex , TNT and UPS usually. And DHL is the first choice if customers don't appoint any special express company to do the delivery. DHL takes about 3-5 days to reach.
While to Russia and Ukraine, EMS is best choice regarding of the situation. And it takes 10-15 days to reach.
Besides express, we also offer common post services.While the delivery time will depend.

10 - What is Bestar's warranty policy?
We offer 2 years warranty for our LEDs, and 14 months warranty for xenon HID.
If there are any failure or defective during warranty period, please present us pictures or a video to show the problem. And after checking and confirming it meets our warranty policy, we will send new replacements with your next order.
And we ask customers to collect all the defectives and send back them to us once a year. It's a environmental friend way. And it helps us to update the quality.
